Do not open, damage or remove the protective shrink wrapped or sealed packaging containing the formal Graduation Package materials (Diploma & Transcripts). These documents will be viewable from within this package. Opening, damaging or removing this packaging will void your refund privileges.

Print out a copy of your return request approval response email from our refund department (including the return address for returning the Graduation Package materials).
Return the Graduation Package and approval email to the designated address.

Your credit card will be credited the 75% of original purchase price (not including shipping costs) within 48 hours of receiving your authorized refund package. If your payment is via personal check or money order, please allow up to 15 business days from our receipt of the returned materials to receive your refund.
